Can I put this on my account and pay later?

Because many of the Outlet Products are limited quantities or one-of-a kind, we can’t hold items. You must provide a credit card or wire transfer to secure the item. You will be asked for payment at the time you order.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Can I pay now and have you hold the product until I am ready for it?

We will try and work with you, however all Outlet Products need to be shipped within 30 days after your purchase.

How long will it take to get my order?

Lead times will vary, but many of these items are readily available. Be sure to check with your sales representative.

Can I order Outlet Products from my Distributor?

No. All sales of Outlet Products will be made on an individual basis only.

I live outside the United States. Can I still purchase from your Outlet and have the items sent to me in the country where I live?

Sorry, but this Outlet is only for customers in the continental United States.

I am with a shelter/rescue and a donor wants to buy these items for me. Can they pay directly?

Yes, and we will send them a receipt. Have them indicate the name and address of the item where the product will be donated to, and we will put that on the receipt.

What is the condition of the “AS IS” Products?

Many “AS IS” Products may have dents, missing parts, and various other imperfections. Also, our warehouse currently contains many items we stocked through the years, but we have decided not to continue to carry. We are selling these “AS IS” because they are not products we work with regularly and therefore will no longer be providing technical support for them.

We will detail the description and provide photos so you can examine these items. Be sure to carefully examine the photos and descriptions and ask our sales representative any questions you may have before placing your order. All sales of AS-IS Outlet Products are final with no return or refund.

What warranty do you offer with my purchase? I buy Shor-Line because the company stands behind its products.

For Category I Outlet Products, we give you the same Standard Shor-Line Limited Warranty that we offer on new products. Category II Outlet Products are warranted to be free from defects (except for those defects noted in the description of the product) for only one (1) year. All other terms of the Standard Shor-Line Limited Warranty policy will apply. Because of the condition of AS-IS Outlet Products, we are offering them to you at a significant savings, but they are offered “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY.

How do I receive support for items I purchase from the Outlet?

The same Shor-Line technical support and 800 lines will support Category I and II Outlet Products.

Can I receive notices when you update your Outlet?
